Chapter 1

Introduction

When you hear someone mention the Bermuda Triangle, the first thing that comes to mind is mystery and the disappearance of ships and aircraft. However there is actually much more to the Bermuda Triangle than this. Bermuda triangle is an area of ocean in the Atlantic area of 4.000.000 km² who formed a line between the Bermuda triangle, the territory of the United Kingdom as a point in the north, Puerto Rico, the territorial United States as a point in the south and Miami, State of Florida, the United States as a point on the west (Wikipedia, 2014).

When we refer to the Bermuda Triangle, which is also known as the Devil’s Triangle, until now there is no one person can presume the cause of the Bermuda triangle that can make some of the ships and aircraft is disappearance. Scientific still has so many opinions about that like issues ranging from the presence of Headquarters Alien, Portal to Another Dimension, Ghost-Ghost City of Atlantis, or House of the Antichrist. All theories that lead to a more fiction. Everything there was no definite evidence (Fitriani Anggi,2011)

The Bermuda Triangle has appeared to become famous of mystery, although it can make some people afraid to go to the Bermuda triangle. Because of that some people also use Bermuda triangle as an object for their adventure because their angered and courageous. Just like paranormal activity. Although they can passed away or get nothing. Historically, resources already recognize 50 ships a 20 airplane has been disappeared by mysterious in Bermuda triangle. Until now in 19century the truth of the theory still open and can be debate.

Historical references include not only disappear of the ships or the airplanes. But also include the crew can’t to come life. There is no remainder of the ships can found but only vacuity that can found in Bermuda triangle, they are disappearance. The famous of the incident that happens is by Flight 19, comprising a group of five U.S. Navy bombers on a training mission. While it is clear that this incident happened, and that there is no people can live and there is no remainder of the ships.

Will we know the real answer? The fact is that aircraft and seagoing vessels are lost on regularly anywhere in the world, due to malfunction, human error and natural disaster. Is there more of a risk of disappearance if you are in the Bermuda Triangle? Well, as with everything is life, we cannot really be certain, can we?

3.1 The factor that can influence the Bermuda triangle are

3.1.1 . Human Error

This will be the strength theory that can make some of ships and airplanes are disappearance. In that area there is some of island that very same with the other island, so because of that some of the crew of the ships or the airplanes cannot find the good way or the traffic land, so that will be the mistaken by the human and also support by the bad of weather.

3.1. 2 . Pirate Attacks

According to this theory, the reason why so many ships disappeared is due to pirate activity in the Atlantic. Piracy has been the good reasons in the past why some of planes and ships are disappearance and also piracy will be destroy the ships and planes. This theory perhaps will be true if we try to compare some of the Planes and ships are disappeared in the past.

3.1.3. Containing Methane Gas

Methane is some of the gas that presume by some of the scientist that has by Bermuda Triangle, which can make some of the Ships ore Planes that are very heavy can sink. Methane can decrease the float force that given by the water because there is contain of the gas, but until now, nobody can to found the resources of the Methane in the Bermuda Triangle.

3.1.4. Sea storm the Poor

Perhaps a more practical theory explains the mystery behind the Bermuda Triangle. The rigors of the storm caused waves up as high as 80 feet or more in this area. Plus the strong currents of the “Gulf Stream” that allows the ship cannot escape from this situation. Plus the presence of Puerto Rican trench known as the deepest trench in the Atlantic .So , if the ship or aircraft caught in a storm and sank into the water , you can bet will disappear without a trace .

3.1.5. Earth's Magnetic Field

`This theory explains the root cause behind the reputation of the anomalies of the Bermuda Triangle is the Earth's magnetic field is quite strong in the region. As is known, the compass began to spin very fast near the Bermuda Triangle and other navigational equipment stops functioning properly. It is prove that in the near of the Bermuda Triangle is some of the field magnet is very strength, then can make electromagnetic waves go to the atmosphere then make the storm electromagnetic.

3.1.6. Time hallway

This theory may be difficult to prove the truth. But for sure, some people believe in the existence of a spot “strange “in the region. Allegedly there is a time tunnel that leads ships and planes disappear into another dimension of time. In other words, this theory says that whenever something is missing in the Bermuda Triangle, he experienced time travel to the past or the future. This is based, of some people say they ever saw some of the cloud organized as a tunnel, that they believe is the time hall way.

3.1.7 . Extraterrestrial activity

This theory claims the existence of alien activity as the cause that makes some of the human is disappeared in this location. Some of the human are through the Bermuda Triangle, when the Alien is through that way also. But until now, there is no one can prove that some of the alien activity in Bermuda Triangle.

3.1.8 . Location fall of Comet

This theory explains there is comet from space falls to Earth several thousand years ago, in the close area, which is now the Bermuda Triangle. The remnants of a comet impact are thought to have led to a large electromagnetic activity that caused all this calamity occurs. But definitely, the researchers so far found no trace of a comet or something similar has been found in this area.

3.1.9 .city of Atlantis

This theory is supported by some people who believe that the lost city of Atlantis, believed to be located somewhere near the Bahamas. What they also believe, that the mysterious city of Atlantis is buried somewhere under the sea. Legend has it, that the city is powered by energy derived from the strong crystal. According to this theory, the effects of the remnants of these crystals are responsible for the aircraft radio signal interference becomes chaotic. There is important evidence found in the region where the “Bimini Road”, which is a strange rock structure that appears to be an ancient shipyard.

3.1.10 . U.S. Military Secret Base

Ever heard of Area 51? A secret base of the U.S. Air Force where testing carried military equipment and other famous because many reported UFO sightings .Well, there is a similar testing base of the U.S. Navy on Andros Island in the Bahamas. Some people believe that there is something more than mere weapons testing base in this region. But there are locations U.S. government has built sophisticated equipment to communicate with extraterrestrials. And the advanced technology that allegedly resulted in the disappearance of ships and aircraft that pass in the Bermuda Triangle (Admin,2013)

3.1.11. Blue Hole

It is said that at the bottom of the sea there is a sort of Bermuda triangle hole / cave seabed, used this cave was indeed there, but after the ice time passes, closed. Current inside this cave is very strong and often create powerful vortex suction. many small vessels or human is sucked into the blue hole was without power , and strangely small vessels it would appear that sucked back to the surface after some time. But that begs the question is: Could the Blue Hole is able to swallow giant ship to the ocean floor?

3.2. The stories about Bermuda Triangle

At the time of Christopher Columbus' voyage, when crossing the Bermuda Triangle area, said one of his crew saw “a strange light that shine on the horizon " . Some people say they have observed something like a meteor. In a note he wrote that the navigational equipment was not functioning properly while in the area.

Loss events in the area was first documented in 1951 by EVW Jones newspaper Associated Press . Jones wrote an article about the mysterious events that befall lost airplanes and the sea in the area and call it ' Satan's Triangle ‘. It dinged back the following year by Fate Magazine with articles that made George X. In 1964, Vincent Geddes calling area as ' deadly Bermuda Triangle ‘, after the term ' Bermuda Triangle ' become a term that is commonly called .

Insurance companies Lloyd’s sea of London says that the Bermuda Triangle is not a dangerous seas and oceans as usual throughout the world, as long as it does not exceed the provisions when carrying freight through the region. The coast guard confirmed the decision. Are considered plausible explanations, coupled with a number of observations and investigation of cases (wordpress,2011)

3.4 How the Bermuda Triangle affect the Human Life

Since the Bermuda Triangle was found by Christopher Columbus in 1951 make some of the Ships and Planes fear to through the Bermuda Triangle. Then the discovery that was found is publishing to the whole world. By the publishing make some of human give some responds with that. One of the big respond comes from scientist. They try to examine the truth reason why some of the ships and Planes are disappeared. The respond is such as the theory-theory that showed by scientist like Methane theory, Time Hallway, and the other theory. Although the theory is don’t have enough evidence.

In the Ships and Planes, their very afraid to through the Bermuda Triangle, so the traffic lane is not through the Bermuda Triangle, the last accident is in 1999, the disappeared Freighter and his shapes, that was traffic from Port of Spain to the St Vincent (Wikipedia,2014). So until know there is no one again who brave to through the Bermuda Triangle.

From the human who are life in the Bermuda island beach, usually they often see some of the tunnel in the sea, in the theory that was showed by the scientist, that is some of the tunnel also which can make us to go to the other dimension or called as a Time Hallway. So the people who life in the side of Bermuda Triangle was afraid if the accident that happens in Bermuda Triangle will be expand to the other place. So until now the human that life in Miami Island, Britania Raya Island, and Puerto Riko Island was wary and they try also to found the causes of Ships and Planes disappeared in Bermuda Triangle, such as they connected with the magical knowledge.

In the world Bermuda Triangle was very famous with it accident. Because the resources count there is from 1840 until 1999 there were 18 accidents that can sink some of Ships and Planes. The research until now is nothing, because some of Planes that want to observe the Bermuda Triangle are disappearance, and then send the SAR team also disappearance. So we must waiting until some of the theory that was showed by scientist are has enough evidence, and also we must still keep going beside the Bermuda Triangle, or our soul is threating.

4.1. Conclusion and suggestion

Bermuda Triangle is one of famous are in the world, because it can make some of Ships and Planes was disappeared with no remainder. Bermuda triangle is around the Miami Island as a South point, Puerto Riko Island as a North point, and Florida island as a West point. Until now, although so may of argument that was showed by the scientist, but there is one has enough evidence to support the disappeared of the Planes and Ships in Bermuda Triangle.

The Bermuda triangle has so many mysteries, so we as a human must waiting and if can to try found the truth theory why some of Planes and Ships was disappeared. Then in the other side we must stilll traffic with the truth way, don’t try to trough the Bermuda Triangle, because that is danger. If try so it means you will face your die.
